This next recipe is for those that prefer to do more decorating and less cooking...
Purchase basic cake mix, frosting, soft candy, cereal and fruit. Follow cake mix recipe as instructed. Use a mixture that will bake in a rectangular or square baking pan. Once cool, remove cake sheets from pans and cut cake into six 3x2 inch rectangles, and four 1x1 inch squares and two small triangles. Sizes do not need to be exact but should be relatively similar so they can be fit together. Using frosting to hold cake shapes together, construct cakes into the shape of a four car train. Use two rectangles for each car, with a layer of frosting between to hold cakes together. Use squares and triangles to construct a front car and caboose. Frost entire cake and decorate with soft candy, cereal or fruits.
