Q & A on Mini Chef:

Who are our staff? Our staff consists of teachers, college students, graduate students and entertainers who have all had previous experience working with children. In fact, over half of our staff has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education.

What are our recipes? People often ask for the recipes from our delicious cooking classes. You'll have to come to class to find out about all the yummy dishes we teach. Classes are located at Paradou at 8 Little West 12th Street between 9th Avenue and Washington Street. Classes are $45/child. Sign up online.

Do we use nuts? Mini Chef does not serve nuts; however, classes are taught at restaurants and locations where nuts are used and some of our ingredients may have been made in a facility where nuts were used or are present.

What other venues do we work with other than our select restaurant partners? We can have the party at your home or at any restaurant, hotel or other location you want us to work from. We are a New York State insured business.

What makes a great party? The people make a great party. While we provide all the ingredients to have fun, it is you, your family and friends that truly do make the party fun.
