As a mom and wife of a restaurateur, there are two things I know – we love food and our son, so my husband and I have combined our experiences to bring you Mini Chef. Through culinary Birthday Parties and Children's Cooking Classes, we teach children of all ages how to cook and have fun with food. After two years in business we've developed, as New York Magazine has called it, "a serious following." Turns out we weren't the only New Yorkers with an intense love for both children and cuisine.

My husband and I come from two very different backgrounds. I am a native New Yorker, and my husband is a true Frenchman. I spent years working for large corporate, companies but my fondest memories are spending time in my grandmother's restaurant on the Upper West Side. My husband on the other hand, has spent his entire working career in the restaurant business and now as a restaurateur. Combining our experiences with the new experience of raising our son resulted in the joint effort of Mini Chef. And, we hope your children will enjoy being a Mini Chef as much as we enjoy teaching them.
