As a mom and wife of a restaurateur, there are two things I know – we love our son and food, so my husband and I have combined our experiences to bring you Mini Chef. Through culinary birthday parties and childrens' cooking classes, we teach children of all ages how to cook and have fun with food. Since 2006 we've developed "a serious following" as New York Magazine has called it. Turns out we weren't the only New Yorkers with an intense love for both children and cuisine. Mini Chef is the original and now leading cooking program in NYC!

In addition to Mini Chef, a separate branch of our company is ACV Event Consulting. We produce marketing campaigns, programs and partnerships targeted in the Lifestyle, Women and Children marketplace segments.
